ZESAD – Zentrale Entwicklungsgesellschaft Spezialisierten Automobilen Designs – was founded in 2013 by Gregor Hans Schoener. We design, engineer and manufacture aftermarket parts for Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Pagani, Bugatti, Porsche, Mercedes-AMG and other exotic cars.
What we do
- Carbon fiber components – prepreg autoclave carbon, glass and aramid fiber parts: body panels, wings, interior trims and seats. Our carbon fiber production was certified by TÜV Rheinland in 2015.
- CNC machining – billet aluminium parts such as intake manifolds, exhaust tips and spacers, milled from forged 6061 / 5083 aluminium.
- Engineering & prototyping – 3D scanning, 3D design, prototyping, testing and small-series production for individual clients and tuning companies.
