1. Products
Our products are aftermarket parts for motor vehicles. They are not original manufacturer (OEM) parts and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the car manufacturers whose names are used only to describe fitment. Fitment information is given in good faith; please check it before ordering or contact us if in doubt. Professional installation is recommended.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free (see our Shipping Policy). Import duties and local taxes are not included. Payment methods are shown at checkout. Made-to-order parts go into production once payment is received.
3. Orders
After you place an order, you receive an order confirmation by email. A contract is concluded when we confirm the order or ship the goods. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is shown in error; any payment already made is then refunded in full.
4. Delivery
Delivery times and conditions are described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order parts cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged in transit.
6. Warranty
If a product is defective or not as described, contact us with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund the product.
7. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, modification or use of our products on public roads where they are not permitted. Customers are responsible for making sure that parts are allowed by the road traffic rules of their country.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
