Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders, to all countries we deliver to.
Processing time
- Ready-made items: dispatched within 1 business day after payment is confirmed.
- Made-to-order and custom parts: produced after your order is placed. We confirm the production time by email before production starts.
Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery normally takes 4–28 business days, depending on the destination and the size of the parts. Large body parts are shipped in custom crates and may take longer.
Tracking and insurance
Every shipment is insured and sent with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the part before you sign for it, and contact us within 48 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices do not include import duties, customs fees or local taxes in the destination country. These are charged by your local authorities and are paid by the customer.
